Datso La Lee polychome basket with lid

This polychome basket woven by famed Datso La Lee (Louisa Keyser 1829-1925) has an ovoid shape, decorated with columns of red diamonds, outlined in black, has a slightly domed lid with woven looped handle. The original label on the bottom is from the Emporium company, Carson City, NV, shows the number LK#62.
